Stephen Rose - Chief executive
Stephen has more than 20 years' experience in data
analysis and information systems design, specialising
in analytical platforms and marketing technologies.
Previously he helped launch full-service marketing
agency Chemistry Communications (formerly The
Interactive Agency) and was also part of the
management buy-out team which acquired marketing
communications and interactive agency TPD in 1999.
James House - Partner (commercial)
James has worked in client services and business
development roles for more than 11 years and was one
of 5one's founders.
His in-depth marketing experience spans direct
marketing, loyalty programmes and advertising.
He was previously a board director at Chemistry
Communications and he has a BSc in Business
Economics.
He is responsible for 5one's valued client relationships.
Susan Rose - Partner (client strategy)
Prior to joining 5one, Susan was head of analysis at
Tesco-owned dunnhumby where she helped to launch
and develop the hugely successful Tesco Clubcard.
She is considered a world expert in customer
segmentation and marketing analytics and has worked
for a host of blue chip clients, including Asda, Boots
and, of course, Tesco.
At 5one she has responsibility for client strategy in the
UK, across Europe and in the USA.
Trish Ferguson - Partner (data solutions)
Trish has more than 15 years' experience developing
and implementing data strategies.
She has also consulted extensively on database
marketing and customer relationship management.
While head of consultancy at dunnhumby her clients included Tesco, Asda, Argos and Centrica.
Trish was responsible for the database systems which supported the national rollout of Tesco Clubcard.
Adam Rhodes - Senior adviser
Prior to joining 5one, Adam spent much of his career at Procter and Gamble where he worked for 9 years, becoming Independent Trade Sector Director for UK and Ireland, and working as part of a strategy group looking at how to launch a number of P&G products into the UK and Europe.
Adam has also gained extensive experience within the media industry and was responsible for creating a £multi-million business from a traditional club web site within 18 months. This site is now in the top 10 Global traffic sports sites. He has also worked with top retailers in the UK and Europe as MD of MarketMax, a retail merchandising software company. Following the sale of MarketMax Adam moved into FMCG consulting before joining 5one in 2005.
